Your Mission:

🎯 Design, update & continuously improve Health & Safety policies & procedures whilst monitoring their application throughout the Stores network.

🎯 Ensure effective risk management, investigate and report all occupational incidents and analyze the results, in order to take measures to prevent similar incidents.

🎯 Develop Health & Safety plans for stores, warehouses & headquarters. Monitor the execution and optimize existing plans

🎯 Create & monitor HACCP plans for the sale of packaged food products in store.

🎯 Manage all issues in regards to the Health & Safety of employees.

🎯 Inspect all facilities, manage safety & security issues and make appropriate recommendations.

🎯 Monitor certifications ( i.e elevators, fire protection, fire extinguishers, etc.) and cooperate with the respective departments for their issuance and renewal.

🎯 Follow up on the recommendations of Occupational Health & Safety specialists and ensure preventive and corrective measures are implemented.

🎯 Training in HSS issues (Fire safety, Evacuation, Crisis management, Anti-theft etc)

🎯 Covid-19 protocols, processes and procedures as well as incident management.

Your Armory:

⚔️ Bachelor’s degree

⚔️ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Health, Safety & Security

⚔️ Strong working knowledge of national Occupational Health &Safety, environmental regulations & HACCP

⚔️ Strong computer literacy (MS Office)

⚔️ Fluency in English (verbal & written)

⚔️ Self-motivated & detail-oriented professional with high sense of responsibility

⚔️ Strong team spirit, initiative, and innovative thinking

⚔️ Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

⚔️ Strong communication, presentation, and training skills

⚔️ Team player with an ability to influence, motivate and empower others

⚔️ Fulfilled military service (for men)
