Description
At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the Automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our Finance Department and contribute to accurate financial reporting and effective decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and perform month end close & costing transactions
- Support other departments in expense controlling
- Analyze actual results in comparison with forecasts and prior years
- Support and perform budgeting and forecast processes
- Understand, suggest and monitor existing KPIs
- Produce monthly reporting package
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance (Master’s degree will be an asset)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting roles, preferably within a multinational organization
- Excellent use of MS Office, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of BI will be an Asset
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, (IFRS knowledge considered a plus)
- Strong Knowledge of SAP CO & FI (MM & SD knowledge considered a plus)

- Ability to manage complex data requests, attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Good time management. Ability to prioritize requirements/tasks and to work under pressure
