Responsibilities:

Guides, coordinates and supports the billing function, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all processes
Supervises the end-to-end Meter-to-Cash cycle, including billing, consumption calculation, invoice issuance and distribution
Ensures the quality, accuracy and completeness of billing data through systematic monitoring of exceptions and discrepancies
Maintains comprehensive process documentation and audit readiness for internal and external reviews, in collaboration with relevant units
Monitors and analyzes performance indicators (KPIs), reports and incidents, as well as implements improvement actions and risk mitigation measures
Supervises and coordinates the interfaces between the billing system and third-party systems (CRM, Billing, Payments, Collections), working closely with their respective managers
Monitors new implementations, changes or enhancements that affect billing operations, ensuring their smooth integration
Promotes continuous improvement and process optimization to enhance efficiency
Participates actively in the transition project to a new billing system, contributing to the assurance of business continuity

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Sciences, Technology, Economics or Business Administration
Master’s degree in Sciences, Technology, Economics or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Billing Operations and end-to-end Meter-to-Cash cycles, ideally in an environment with a large customer base, high operational volume, and strict accuracy requirements (energy, telecommunications, utilities)
Experience in the Energy or Telecommunications sector, or in IT Service Management will be considered an additional qualification
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certificationswill be considered an additional qualification
Knowledge and use of billing systems, ideally for the Energy sector, such as SAP, Oracle, Gentrack, etc.
Good knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
Availability in flexible working hours
Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
