NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.
Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance – where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting a thriving team. Your ability to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, while working closely with your team to uphold high service standards, will be crucial to your success in this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Assistant Restaurant Manager in a hands-on operational role, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the team’s success by undertaking the following responsibilities:
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality control in all aspects of service.
- Coordinate waitstaff shifts, breaks, and rotations to optimize operational efficiency and ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering necessary supplies to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost control to maintain profitability.
- Assume the responsibilities of Head Waiters when necessary, ensuring seamless operations.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and embody NYNN’s core values in all aspects of daily operations.
Team Management & Development
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of waitstaff to ensure high service standards and team cohesion.
- Conduct team briefings to enhance communication, align service objectives, and ensure consistent performance.
- Identify and promote opportunities for skill development and continuous improvement among team members.
- Supervise, train and mentor waitstaff, providing guidance and fostering a cohesive, productive team environment to support their professional development.
Guest Experience & Relations
- Professionally address and resolve guest and team issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departmental managers and team members to achieve collective goals and ensure a positive guest experience.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and Micros POS systems
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the team
- Fluent command of English and Greek
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Hands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Positive attitude, a sense of humour and humble
