INTRODUCTION
NYNN is a series of inspiring places for inspiring people. We handcraft unique environments and experiences, from members’ clubs to resort hotels, to entertainment gastronomies and more. NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.
Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members’ club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance – where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and unconventional Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Marketing Assistant will support the team in executing brand initiatives, ensuring quality content upload and testing of the mobile app, executing various tasks within the departments, engaging with digital & social content, and assisting in brand asset adaptation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, sophisticated hospitality and lifestyle brand. Some key responsibilities are:
Mobile App Content Management
- Handle the daily update of NYNN’s mobile app, ensuring all content is up to date.
- Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies and assist on further development.
Digital Content & Newsletter Management
- Review, test and dispatch newsletters to our member community, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency.
- Assist in curating and uploading content for digital channels, including website updates, social media scheduling, and campaign execution.
Brand Asset Adaptation & Marketing collaterals
- Assist in the development, production and placement of brand assets & collaterals for various digital and print applications.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Being familiar with platforms managing Apps, CRM tools & Newsletters
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Greek.
- Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.
