We are currently looking for a Document Controller to join our Operations & Control team as part of our M Power Projects Division in our Athens Offices, specifically for the construction of the power plant in Adamow, Poland.

Your role will encompass:

• Collects and Registers all Project documents such as drawings, reports, RFQs
• Advising Projects Managers and Subcontractors when new documents are available
• Issuing documents internally and externally when new documents are available
• Review and updates documents for maintenance and quality control
• Maintains records of documents comments
• Creates alerts on documentation submission deadlines
• Handles records across various departments
• Keeps all stakeholders updated on new documents revisions
• Creates templates for general use
• Scans and uploads documents according to company procedure
• Copy, print and distribute documents as necessary

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree. Preferable in engineering. , 
• 3+ years as a Document Controller or an assistant controller or equivalent experience in Customer Service, Operations, Finance departments ,
• Strong communication, self motivational, and customer service skills ,
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality ,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills ,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English ,
• Knowledge of web based document management systems ,
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills ,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ,
