We are currently looking for an Operational Improvement Lead to join our Operations team part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division in our Athens Offices.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our operational processes at M Energy Customer Solutions. You’ll conduct thorough analyses, implement data-driven strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
Your role will encompass:
- Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct thorough analyses to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make data-driven recommendations.
- Regularly report on performance metrics on our energy retail business and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, new products, customer service and sales, to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation and sustained improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within M Energy Customer Solutions.
- Encourage and support employees at all levels to contribute ideas for operational enhancement.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering/Applied Science, or a related field. ,
- 3+ years’ experience in process improvement, operational analysis, or a similar role within the energy/retail/telco or similar industry. ,
- Knowledge of energy sector or similar retail industry processes and industry trends is a plus. ,
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English language ,
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail ,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ,
