We are currently looking for an Operational Improvement Lead to join our Operations team part of our M Energy Customer Solutions Division in our Athens Offices.  

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our operational processes at M Energy Customer Solutions. You’ll conduct thorough analyses, implement data-driven strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. 

Your role will encompass:  

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. 
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. 
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement. 
• Conduct thorough analyses to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and make data-driven recommendations. 
• Regularly report on performance metrics on our energy retail business and provide recommendations for improvement. 
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, new products, customer service and sales, to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Work with teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies. 
• Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation and sustained improvement. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within M Energy Customer Solutions. 
• Encourage and support employees at all levels to contribute ideas for operational enhancement. 

 What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering/Applied Science, or a related field.  ,
• 3+ years’ experience in process improvement, operational analysis, or a similar role within the energy/retail/telco or similar industry.  ,
• Knowledge of energy sector or similar retail industry processes and industry trends is a plus.  ,
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language  ,
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail   ,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills  ,
