We are currently looking for a Commissioning Manager – Water and Chemical Systems to join our commissioning team in our Athens Offices.
By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in supervising the Water and Chemical Systems Commissioning implementation, overseeing Water and Chemical Systems Commissioning of (projects’) deliverables as well as leading and coaching the Water and Chemical systems Commissioning team in cooperation with Head of Commissioning Department
Your role will encompass:
- Leading and ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards for Water and Chemical Systems Commissioning development, while analyzing and resolving technical issues during execution ,
- Coordinating and overseeing both internal and outsourced execution of Water & Chemical Systems Commissioning, while collaborating with clients to establish performance indicators for evaluating technical requirements ,
- Drafting, reviewing, and providing training on comprehensive statements of work and reports for Water and Chemical Systems Commissioning, including status updates and cost estimates ,
- Upholding the Company’s Code of Conduct and ethical standards within the team, while collaborating with the Department Head to evaluate the team’s performance and establish internal strategic maps for personnel development
- Contributing to the development of in-house standards and procedures for the department and division’s work execution, along with offering expertise in developing methodologies for new Water and Chemical Systems Commissioning initiatives
- Serving as the primary liaison with external vendors for Water and Chemical Systems Commissioning support
What you bring to the role:
- Proficiency in the Energy Sector with a minimum of 7 years of experience, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Commissioning aspects within thermal and/or waste power plants ,
- Educational Qualification: University degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minimum requirement of a Diploma or MSc ,
- Proficient in Communication, both verbal and written ,
- Adherence to high standards of Professional Conduct ,
- Proficiency in Leadership, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams ,
- Exceptional skills in critical thinking and problem-solving ,
- Demonstrated capability in planning and organizing ,
- Proficient in the MS Office suite ,
- Strong skills in software utilization and implementation ,
- Excellent command of the English language ,
