Description
MYTILINEOS is a leading global industrial and energy company with a strong presence in all five continents covering two business Sectors, the Energy Sector and the Metallurgy Sector, is currently seeking to hire an Incentives Officer.
The main duties of this role are the following:
- Collaboration with advisors and Group departments for collection of data in the context of application submissions for the qualification of investments to incentive schemes (RRF, National Strategic Reference Framework – ΕΣΠΑ, Incentive laws, European schemes)
- Support in preparation of business plans for the submission of applications of investments’ qualification to various investment schemes
- Collaboration with advisors and Group departments for collection of data in the context of submission of applications for the completion qualified investments and collection of incentives
- Monitoring of qualified investments’ progress and completion according to the qualifying decisions through SAP & Excel
- Reporting: External (public authorities) for ongoing obligations and Internal (in the context of ΒΡ, Budget, RF etc.)
- Maintenance and monitoring of accounting records – physical records for investments and expenditures relating to qualified investments.
- Responsible for compliance with approval processes related to invoices and agreements of the Incentives department.
Requirements
- Finance Degree from University or Technological Institute
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant position or 4+ years in the accounting department of a big SA company
- Very good command of MS Office and ability to navigate in ERP systems (SAP)
- Generalist in accounting and tax
- Excellent command of English (oral and written)
- Good communication skills also via use of new technologies
- Ability to organize and prioritize and work under pressure.
