We are currently looking for an IT Generalist – International to join our IT team, part of our IT & DS Division, in our Athens Offices.

By joining this role, you will work closely with the IT Business Partner to ensure smooth communication between Business Segments and the IT & Digital Strategy Division. You will analyze IT service needs, align technology solutions with organizational goals, and collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize IT functions.

Your role will encompass:

• Participates in and monitors new project implementation, documenting risks and opportunities
• Facilitates adoption of solutions, ensuring maximum business value, and collecting user feedback
• Aligns project scopes with organizational goals, identifying interdepartmental synergies
• Supervises IT teams, streamlining operations and communication
• Assists internal and external partners for efficient IT management. Presents solutions to optimize organizational value and conducts key training sessions
• Collaborates on the annual IT budget and oversees its execution
• Communicates IT policies to employees, addressing implementation challenges with effective solutions
• Ensures timely updates to relevant teams within the IT Directorate

What you bring to the role:

• Degree in computer science or related field; postgraduate studies in computer science or business analytics preferred ,
• 3-5 years’ experience in IT industry ,
• Proficiency in process analysis & modeling ,
• Strong project management and administrative skills ,
• Experience in energy sector ,
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities ,
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability ,
• Fluent in English, adept at managing stakeholders and fostering teamwork ,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills ,
• Ability to travel internationally ,
