SIXT is looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our branch in Aktion on a fixed-term contract during the seasonal period.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Providing excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
- Meeting all sales and service standards
- Preparing the rental agreement while advising on and up selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs
- Preparing, valeting, and checking vehicles to a high standard
- Collecting and delivering vehicles between branches
- Damage reporting
- Refueling
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales of services preferably from the rental car industry
- High School Degree / Academic degree is nice to have ideally in the field of Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach
- Valid driver’s license (category B)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
