Our Team is growing, and we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service Desk Agent to join our team and be part of our journey.

What you will be called to work on:

• Actively support users on Hardware, Software (Active Directory, Office 365), and LAN through IT Helpdesk Ticketing
• Set up workstations with computers and peripheral devices (routers, printers, software etc.
• Act as a User Administrator ii the Active Directory & Office 365
• Solve hardware issues directly with Users
• Train end users to solve troubleshooting issues
• Participate in the operating systems patching procedure
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles
• Investigate, test, install, and upgrade new hardware/software products
• Be responsible for the procurement of hardware, peripherals
• Monitor & respond on Alerts (Ups, Antivirus, 365 Threats, Backup)
• Maintain the Hardware & Software inventory data base

Requirements

Who you are:

• A team player with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferably with IT certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, or similar
• An excellent communicator in the Greek & English language with strong problem-solving skills and 0-2 years of working experience in a Technical Support or an IT administration role
• A technology enthusiast, with:
  • experience in Windows 10, 11 – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Etc) and
  • basic network knowledge (TCP/IP)
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Microsoft Azure,
  • Windows Servers
