Our Team is growing, and we are looking for a charismatic Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about creating a world-class experience for employees through the development and execution of engagement activities that enhance the employee experience.

What you will be called to work on:

• Actively participate in the Talent Sourcing and Acquisition process to ensure Top talent
• Organize and participate in Employer Branding events
• Support L&D to organize and develop training content to respond to employee development needs
• Analyze user feedback and propose improvements to enhance all areas of the Employee Experience (L&D, Onboarding,…)
• Create relevant communication material to promote Employee Engagement initiatives (content, posts, images, infographics, articles etc.)
• Participate in the development, organization and implementation of diverse Employee Experience projects that will enhance employee engagement and our Employer Brand

Requirements

You are:

• A young professional with a transformative mindset who holds a Msc in Human Resources Management and 3-5 years of relevant HR experience (not payroll) in the Retail, Service, or Tourism Industry ,
• an Communicator both in the English and Greek language (written & spoken) ,
• An advanced user of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel spreadsheets) & HRM Systems,
• An individual who is hands on, has a can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-moving environment,
