On-site Fira, Southern Aegean, Greece SIXT Temporary

SIXT is looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our branch in Santorini (Airport) on a fixed-term contract during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure the optimal rental experience for our clients
Provide excellent customer service in all touchpoints with our clients meeting our high standards
Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up selling vehicles and optional extras to the client according to their needs
Prepare and checking vehicles are in excellent condition and up to our high standards
Inspect upon vehicles’ return and report any damage and checking refueling

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales of services preferably from the rental car industry

High School Degree / Academic degree is nice to have ideally in the field of Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
Experience with MS Office suite
Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach
Valid driver’s license (category B)

Flexibility to work in shifts
