We are looking for a Branch Manager who wishes to join our team at Athens International Airport.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the support and profitability of the branch. Ensuring you support the team to maintain a first-class experience for our customers. You will be responsible for working with your colleagues to maintain a consistent service to customers and internal stakeholders, working with high proportion of premium cars in our fleet and good price-performance ratio.
The person who will join our team will be called to:
- Deliver the Sales results defined in the annual Budget of the Branch
- Ensure a positive customer experience & promote additional products and services
- Be responsible daily branch responsibilities and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations within the team
- Encourage a positive team culture and participate in hiring, training, evaluating & motivating employees
- Complete performance reviews on all employees and hold regular meetings with the individuals to discuss strengths, weakness and opportunities
- Understand the branch’s vehicles to make the best use of the fleet
- Ηandle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues if other staff members are unable to
- Encourage improvements in daily work and support the team in delivering excellent service while following SIXT standards
- Build and maintain a premium relationship with stakeholders
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to support the day-to-day operations of the branch, assisting with various operational tasks as required (e.g. check-ins, refuelling, etc.)
- Support other nearby locations, where reasonable, to support the wider business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the car rental industry
- Ability to deliver results & exceed targets
- Excellent communication skills in the Greek & English language
- Driving License (B)
- Flexibility in working in shifts
