This is a vendor role for 18 months. Your employer is a third party, in service of Microsoft.
As the Skilling Coordinator for Microsoft Greece, you will be responsible for driving and executing
our skilling plan with the aim to boost the digital skills of 100.000 people, across all 3 pillars,
the private sector, the public sector & students and general public.

As the Skilling Coordinator for Greece, you will become the central resource and owner
for in-country skilling and talent workforce lead, partnering closely with government stakeholders,
enterprises, academia and learning partners. You will lead orchestration between Microsoft’s internal
and external stakeholders, landing impactful programs to generate the new technical talent
in the Greek market as to advance the skillsets of the current workforce and future generations.
The role will report directly into the Skilling Lead for Cyprus-Greece-Malta.
