Processing of bank statements. Daily detailed recording of bank transactions in clearing/intermediate accounts to ensure proper control of the required postings in SAP.
Uploading files via CAMT053 and Excel files.
Management of daily payment files through banking platforms, including customer refunds, payments to public authorities, employee expense reimbursements, and partner/vendor payments.
Posting of deposits from Franchise & B2B partners and reconciliation of clearing/intermediate accounts.
Daily preparation of the Cash Position Report for effective monitoring of cash balances across bank accounts.
Daily recording of cash inflows and outflows in the Cash Flow Report to support the completion of the monthly actual results.
Communication with banks regarding Time Deposits. Collection and posting of bank interest statements.
Monitoring and posting of post-dated checks from partners.

Accuracy and attention to detail to ensure correct posting and reconciliation of transactions
Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
Communication and collaboration skills with banks, stores, and internal departments
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Good command of the English language
