As a PR Specialist, you will work together with the PR, CSR & Internal Communications
Manager in developing and executing a successful public relations strategy.
You will be responsible for the coordination of all the PR requirements,
ensuring empowered and qualitative publicity of Kotsovolos.
Coordinate press conferences and all materials, such as press kit, content, branding, venue logistics, publicity follow up
Create content for press releases, native articles, interviews, speeches, and statements
Communicate directly with the PR agency to leverage existing media relationships and increase publicity
Handle in-house media inquiries and interview requests
Evaluate opportunities for publicity on an ongoing basis
Measure PR program impacts using regular reporting
Monitor competition’s PR campaigns
Implement crisis communications and media strategy, as needed
Develop corporate material such as videos, presentations, infographics, corporate site
Develop content for participation in awards and coordinate the participation for A-Z (application to the ceremony)
Develop content for the LinkedIn account and follow up the plan on a monthly basis
Oversee keynote presentations for external public speaking for all company’s departments in order to guard the company’s branding and values
Participate in internal communication team to reinforce the internal company’s activities
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public relations, Marketing or related field
3 – 5 years of related experience in public relations or corporate communications in a PR Agency or in-house Communications department
Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful public relations campaigns
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good command of the English language
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs
