The Role

We are looking for an IT Commerce Delivery Manager who will architect, design, develop, maintain, operate and support our Commerce landscape. He/She will also work on enterprise implementations and integrations, including all project phases such as initiation, analysis, design, build, test, and deployment. Furthermore, he/she will collaborate with software development and business stakeholders. Successful candidate will utilize their experience with Commerce platforms to support and enhance our current and future business capabilities. 

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and propose Commerce solutions as per business requirements and in an omnichannel approach
• Review business requirements working with the related stakeholders
• Estimate effort for different phases of software development for planning purposes through use of business needs analysis
• Guide through technical analysis of requirements
• Design, develop, maintain, operate and support software applications and integrations on Commerce platform
• Train and coach the subordinate team of developers
• Ensure all application development work is consistent with programming standards and best practices
• Be actively involved in activities by demonstrating technical capabilities through POCs
• Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience ,
• 3+ years of team leading and 2+ years of hands on experience with e-commerce platforms ,
• Good experience in Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript and familiarization with Azure Cloud ,
• Knowledge of .NET and PHP will be considered an asset ,
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles ,
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Experience with systems integration required ,
• Excellent written communication skills, along with strong presentation and client/consulting skills ,
• Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills ,
