We are looking for a CRM Project Manager for monitoring and managing project deliverables of the company’s cloud platforms (MS 365 Dynamics etc), by providing advice on the scope for all technical, functional aspects and timelines. He will interact with multiple stakeholders (business users, IT, external implementation partners etc.), while assisting in testing related to the platform enhancements & ensuring reliable and efficient operation of production processes & functionalities.
Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
Provide senior management with weekly internal reports outlining the progress of current projects
Ensure reliable and efficient operation of deployed B2B/B2C solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM related processes
Actively build and maintain close collaboration with stakeholders from Sales and Marketing to stay up to date with the business needs
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the organization, business needs and challenges of our industry
Translate new business requirements into functional specifications and make sure that the developers understand the requirements. You will also coordinate the development teams, validate the developments, and prepare the deployment
Comprehend business processes and technical areas
Liaise between business, IT and 3rd party vendors in order to orchestrate parallel delivery threads
Drive change and propose out of the box solutions
BSc degree in Computer Science or proven equivalent experience
5+ years experience in enterprise-level IT Project implementation & CRM solutions for customers
Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant systems solutions.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
An agile and analytically driven mindset, genuinely interested in digital innovations and trends (Attention to detail, Critical Thinking, Decision-Making, Researching Skills)
Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cloud platform would be considered a plus
