The Role

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Budget Analyst who will have the overview of the supply chain OPEX plan, by owning monthly budget process for supply chain. He /She will be collaborating with SC core team ensuring accuracy and adherence to company processes. Also, he/she will monitor financial performance & enable cost to serve visibility per area. Furthermore, they will ensure root cause analysis on deviations and impact per cost driver and support in building such capabilities across teams. Finally they will act as a liaison with financial planning and accounting departments to ensure compliance and timely response to all processes related to supply chain OPEX and supply chain revenue entries. Finally they will manage reporting improvements/changes and highlight risks and opportunities and will actively support productivity initiative stage gate process.

Your everyday work-life

• Leading monthly budgeting process across all departments of Supply Chain, collaborating with Finance/Commercial stakeholders
• Providing supply chain functions with clear view of their cost performance
• Supporting business owners to perform root cause analysis on deviations
• Controlling the set of financial KPIs used to achieve supply chain financial targets
• Guiding supply chain teams in prioritizing projects based on cost efficiencies
• Identifying improvements in the processes related to expenses/income entries, to eliminate errors
• Supporting productivity initiative stage gate process, facilitating business owners to define and control productivity initiatives

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent ,
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Finance roles ,
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ,
• Critical thinking attitude and continuous improvement mindset ,
• Excellent communication & presentation skills ,
• Understanding of forecasting process ,
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills ,
• Ms PowerBi knowledge will be considered a plus,
