 The Role

As an E-Business Operations Specialist, you will support online operations, briefing and monitoring new eCommerce projects.
The E-Business Operations Specialist will collaborate with other departments, including IT and Commercial, as well as outside partners to help optimize the online customer journey.

 Key Responsibilities

Brief and monitor new eCommerce projects.

Plan and optimize eCommerce journey flows.

Collaborate with business teams, technical teams and web designers to define and deliver eCommerce projects according to deadline.

Responsible for optimizing cross-selling optimization.

Assist with the online visual merchandising of the full range of products across the website.

 The ideal candidate should have 

University Degree required, in a related field such as Business Administration, eCommerce or Digital Marketing.

1-2 years e-commerce experience

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Project Management skills

Be a team player who can work accordingly under pressure with tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business needs.

Experience in consumer electronics websites is desirable.

Advanced written and verbal communication skills
