The Role

The Supply Chain Process Specialist will be responsible to design, create and maintain a control system of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Supply Chain Operations that applies GWP & GDP (Good warehousing practices, Good distribution practices), respects the company’s guidelines and promotes lean operations. She/he will organize training on SOPs, perform auditing, documentation observations, and design corrective actions plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and expand a control system of Standard Operating procedures

Communicate effectively with warehouse & distribution management and stakeholders to identify proper updates and changes in the set of SOPs

Create training plans and schedule reviews of the SOP control system

Design internal audit plan, CAPA plans and ensure follow up on identified issues

Work with teams to connect KPIs to processes

Develop Lean management knowledge and understanding and acts as a Kaizen leader for continuous improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate should have:

B.S. or MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or the equivalent of study

2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain roles

Knowledge of GWP & GDP

Experience in Lean management practices in Logistics

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Experience with MS Visio or other process design software will be a plus

SAP Knowledge will be a plus

Good understanding of supply chain processes

Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills

Analytical thinking
