The Role
A Rewards & OE Specialist should be responsible for all the elements of the rewards program including compensation, benefits, work-life, performance, recognition, development and career opportunities in order to attract, motivate and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities

- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy

- Review organization charts
-
- Prepare and update salary pay scales & create job offers

- Design compensation and benefits processes
-
- Research and design compensation and benefits plans that are cost-effective and competitive
-
- Provide guidance to managers on job descriptions, evaluations and ensure proper classification of positions
-
- Participate in Budgeting process for Staff Cost
-
- Design and present reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the executive leadership team
-
- Calculate Bonuses results & recommend more effective schemes
-
- Collaborate with outside vendors
The ideal candidate should have
-
- BA in relevant field or equivalent work experience
-
- Master of Finance or HR should be an asset
-
- Previous experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
-
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
-
- Good understanding of full-cycle hiring process
-
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
-
- Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Project Management skills

- Excel premium user
-
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
