The Role

The Master Data Coordinator coordinates the strategy and development of the company’s product information management capabilities used
for content and e-Business solutions, assists the data management team with projects related to data enrichment, data cleansing
and process improvement by providing advice on project scope, deliverables, resources required, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for system development to enrich product data and support activities to meet business user needs
• Work with the development team to establish test plans and documentation for user acceptance testing
• Define attribution and taxonomy models to serve business requirements
• Ability to successfully use content management systems to effectively publish product content across all company’s channels
• Interact with product manufacturers to syndicate the product data and related digital assets

 The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a Science related field or related work experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in managing product information management (PIM) and eCommerce websites
• General IT skills are a plus (knowledge of databases, importing and exporting data and tables, creating queries)
• Knowledge of the .NET platform should be an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires meeting time-sensitive deadlines
