The Role

The Creative Flow Coordinator will support Digital Marketing & Creative team coordinating the workflow between the Creative Team
(art directors, web designers, copywriters) & the Marketing, Social, PR & Commercial departments.
She/he will be expected to receive creative content creation requests from the Marketing & Commercial departments and then assign tasks to the Creative team leading them under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative & business teams, to define and deliver online & offline creative projects according to deadline.
  • Meet with the heads of departments to learn about the status of existing projects, and details about new projects coming into the pipeline.
  • Ensuring that creative projects move from one point to the next within deadline schedules.
  • Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities.
  • Contact commercial teams to collect all the materials needed by the Creative team.
  • First level checking of the creative deliverables.
  • Management of the contracts of external collaborators (photographers, videographers, image banks, translators, illustrators, content creators).
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Advertising, Communications or Digital Marketing
  • 1-2 years advertising experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business needs
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Team player personality and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
