WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• You are an inspired and highly motivated HR professional who never misses the opportunity to promote JYSK as an employer
• You closely work with retail department
• You recruit but you also support recruitment in cooperation with retailers
• You participate as a trainer/facilitator in different training programs
• You are responsible for the relevant HR systems
• You work on employees’ performance management in cooperation with retail managers
• You work together with retail in order to ensure that JYSK is considered an attractive place to work
• You are involved in different employer branding tasks
• You follow up on HR concepts and procedures  
• You follow up on HR KPIs

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• You have experience in a similar role preferably in a retail company , ,
• You always strive to improve your results and are quick to recover after a set back ,
• Planning and prioritizing in a busy day are something you are used to ,
• Inspire and communicate to create a positive work atmosphere ,
• You are extremely flexible, you enjoy communicating with other colleagues and providing solutions ,
• You have a degree in HR and you have been working as an HR person for 1-2 years ,
• You are able to travel both within Greece but also abroad ,
• You have a valid driving license ,
