Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bids in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the broader public sector in the ICT domain. He/she will be engaged in pre-sales activities for products and solutions in the ICT portfolio of Intracom Telecom and will orchestrate the proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements while highlighting the company’s value proposition.

He/she will be involved in the following activities:

• Owning and preparing Bids, responding to Public Sector RFIs/RFPs
• Leading the development of the bid and proposal process
• Owning the content structure of the proposal
• Coordinate technical resources and 3rd party vendors as necessary to provide the appropriate solution with the optimal combination of hardware, software, and services to meet the client’s needs
• Managing the relationship with all proposal participants
• Cost budgeting proposals
• Contributing to proposal content

Requirements

Required skills:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent , 
• At least 5 years working experience in a similar position , ,
• Experience in ICT Technologies & Solutions ,
• Experience in ICT Solutions lifecycle Services ,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English ,
• Strong organising skills and attention to detail ,
• Ability and experience to handle the rigid Public Domain tendering requirements and environment ,
• Experience in working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ,
• High sense of professionalism, personal responsibility, accuracy and ethics ,
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) ,

Desired skills:

• Prior technical role in the ICT industry
