Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated “Presales Engineer for Professional Services” to join a team of future shapers.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for managing bids in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from customers. He/she will be engaged in pre-sales activities for services in the Wireless Network Systems portfolio of INTRACOM TELECOM and will orchestrate the creation of services solutions and proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements while highlighting the company’s value proposition. The main focus will be around Professional Services. More specifically the candidate will be responsible to handle requests for Training, RF Planning, Support, Implementation and other professional services

He/she will be involved in the following activities:

• Prepare Bids and respond to RFIs/RFPs
• Playing a key role in the development of the bid and proposal process
• Coordinate technical resources as necessary to provide the appropriate solution to meet the customers’ needs
• Design adequate solutions, dimension them and prepare the adequate Bill of Material and documentation
• Services Presentations to customers
• Follow market trends and introduce new services solutions accordingly
• Collateral & Pre-Sales/Sales Material preparation
• Produce reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics ,
• Excellent speaking and writing fluency in English and Greece languages ,
• Excellent communication/presentation skills ,
• Strong organizational skills ,

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in wireless technologies
• Previous experience in presales activities
• Understanding Services Life Cycle (Design, Implementation, Support, Operation, Optimization)
