Responsibilities:

• Implementing the recruitment strategy, being responsible for the entire life cycle of the recruitment process (screening, sourcing, interviewing, etc)
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases/, social media etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates and deliver within schedule.
• Participate in events related with the enhancement of the organization’s brand awareness.
• Regular interaction with Hiring Managers in order to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Requirements

• University Degree in HR/Business/ Engineering/Psychology or relevant subject. Postgraduate Degree will be considered as an asset. ,
• Up to 2 years’ experience related with screening, interviewing and assessing candidates ideally for Technology roles through a Technology/Consulting organization. ,
• Experience in fulfillment of roles related with technologies such as Java, C++, Embedded S/W , Big Data/AI, IoT will be considered as an asset. ,
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. ,
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite ,
• Fluency in English ,

• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Very good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think both logically and creatively.
• Self-motivation with the desire to deliver high quality results within the agreed timelines.
