Within this framework, we are looking for an agile and highly-motivated “Senior Network Engineer” to join a team of future shapers.

What you will do:

The successful candidate will provide design, implementation and support services mainly for Service Providers and Enterprise networks in Greece, utilizing IP networking technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation & support of network systems (service provider & enterprise) for clients in Greece (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Center)
• Troubleshooting of complex problems on client critical infrastructure & production networks
• Producing and/or reviewing of migration-related procedures and plans Performing Instructional sessions for knowledge transfer
• Providing pre-sales technical support

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• At least 8 years working experience in complex networking environments in a similar position
• In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), routing protocols and technologies (MP-BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, QoS, vPC, DCI, VXLAN, ACI, etc)
• Solid understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS, NX-OS, ArubaOS, etc)
• Analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor environment
• Flexibility – Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. call availability, etc)
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken & written)

Desired skills:

• Certifications: CCNP/CCIE Routing & Switching or Service Provider (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (Python, Perl, etc)
