The Opportunity

We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated “Product & Business Developer” to join the Business & Ecosystems  Development Chapter, supporting the teams of Mobility & Convenience Tribe.

The role calls for a key player το grow business by developing solutions and ecosystems that add value to the daily life of the customers and are aligned with the company’s strategy.

Major Accountabilities

 Discover new market opportunities/trends and build respective business cases (e.g. niche markets).

 Monitor global market and external stakeholders’ developments (environment mapping), taking into consideration

feedback from all internal and external stakeholders through (digital) tools

 Identify and form collaborations with external partners and build strong networking acting as a company ambassador

 Design and develop new products (core insurance and ecosystems), services and customer journeys (MVP and/or

scaled up) following the PARP (product approval review policy).

 Give input in the development of the BP. Break down BP (high level) initiatives and targets into actionable tasks, plan

them and assign resources within the budget

 Develop and share knowledge in their own field with relevant internal stakeholders, for example by providing training

 Knowledge

 BSc in Business Administration/ Sales or relevant fields /MSc or MBA will be considered a plus

 Excellent knowledge of English Language

 Knowledge of insurance (Certification) and PARP process will be considered a plus

 Knowledge/ proven experience on how to design and implement a new product or service

 Business plan building knowledge

 More than 2 years of working experience
