The Role

As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for SKU activations and on-time purchase implementation following the guidelines set by the company. You will also be accountable for serving the adequate sales channel in the most effective way thus satisfying consumer needs while assisting internal procedures of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Activate SKUs in a timely manner under proper pricing & content
• Take responsibility for procuring appropriate items or services
• Monitor sales trends and keep a track of requested Customer orders
• Discuss needs with vendors to work out appropriate arrangements in terms of pricing and availability
• Monitor purchase order status – from order placement till delivery
• Research and resolve to receive and accounts payable issues

 The ideal candidate should have:

• 1 – 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Business Administration degree or related field
• Fluency in the English language
• Knowledge of Computer Literacy (Excellent use of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Commercial Thinking
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Teamwork mindset
