Reporting to the IFB Manager, you are responsible and accountable, for all 3 Countries (Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria), to:
Take over legal responsibilities regarding Food safety, Hygiene and pricing.
Meet the customer satisfaction goals set by the IFB Manager
Improve the stores’ IFB performance in the Food safety and Hygiene area
Ensure compliance of both National legislation and global IKEA Food Safety policies
Ensure that all company, legal and health & safety guidelines are followed in all areas of responsibility and at all times
All aspects in regards to the duties and legal responsibilities.
implement all the agreed actions set in order to improve customer satisfaction surveys results
Very Good planning and organizing skills, as well as analytical and synthesis skills
Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
Very good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
Degree/ Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology/ Food Safety or other related
Very Good knowledge of Greek and English
Very Good use of MS Office, especially Excel
Flexibility to travel at least 30% of working time
Proven previous Experience in similar position at least 3 years
Proven Food safety and legal knowledge
Additional qualifications in regards to Food safety and Hygiene or other similar
EFET certified trainer
Lead by example constantly looking for new and better ways forward
