to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization for our client, a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR policies based on strategic aims of the organization.
  • Apply HR practices which fit the needs of the organization.
  • Adapt the HR practices in the needs of an innovative project.
  • Responsible for developing a high-performance culture.
  • Accountable for good employee relations and employee commitment.
  • Forming, organizing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Updating HR databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information (e.g., holiday and sick days).
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates).
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
  • Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses.
  • Revise company policies.
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize an Employer Branding event).
  • Ensure the policies result in good people management.


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical skills., problem-solving skills and proactive nature.
  • Highly organized.
  • Outstanding people skills.
