HR Analytics & Reward Professional

Role purpose

The HR Analytics & Reward Professional provides year-round support for HR analytics reporting, reward processes, and projects

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools on multi-dimensional datasets
  • Build statistical models to identify HR areas for improvement or propose proactive actions
  • Provide analysis, summaries, and recommendations for action on a range of activities including new and existing Reward Initiatives, Benefit Plans, Pay gaps, etc.
  • Preparation of annual, monthly, and ad hoc HR reports
  • Process Reward proposals, Reward Data Surveys, and Market Data tracking
  • Assist in the implementation of Global HR and HRIS projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners and the Employees at all levels, to disseminate information and to provide training on Reward activities and tools

  • Strong analytical skills is critical. Able to complete quality work timely with attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, able to work on concurrent projects
  • Good conceptual understanding of HR processes & systems
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholders engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to drive customer insights to meaningful actions
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
  • Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools on multi-dimensional datasets
  • Use statistical models and methods to identify the most ‘appealing’ target population given appropriate actions

Must-Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Research, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant fields, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in HR Analysis will be considered a plus
