    Responsibilities

    • Conduct group and private Yoga and Pilates classes tailored to individual guest needs and levels
    • Create and adapt session plans that promote strength, flexibility, and relaxation
    • Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during exercises
    • Assess guest fitness levels and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe exercise environment
    • Offer guidance on breathing, posture, and mindfulness to enhance experiences
    • Collaborate with spa and wellness teams to promote holistic health services
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Yoga and Pilates

    Requirements

    • Certified Yoga and Pilates instructor with relevant recognized qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Yoga and Pilates, preferably in luxury hospitality or wellness settings
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to motivate and inspire guests of varying fitness levels
    • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wellness principles
    • Professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction
    • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
