The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and ensuring that the company’s HR policies and practices align with its commitment to genuine Greek hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Responsible for recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain qualified individuals
• Effectively handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment
• Manage performance appraisal systems and provide support and guidance to managers in performance management
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
• Interpret and enforce company policies, procedures and employment laws
• Payroll and benefits administration processes
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Economics field ,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented industry ,
• In-depth knowledge of Greek employment laws and regulations ,
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends ,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information ,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team ,
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office suite ,
