To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based:

Data Integration Engineer

The role will:

perform a variety of duties related to improving and normalizing data, including scrubbing data, writing automation scripts to improve efficiency, performing quality control and data integration and enabling data exchange.
deploy data models and manage systems to support data movement between different databases and applications
create data marts – smaller databases- designed to support specific business processes or functions
design data warehouse architecture that supports business operations
review source data for accuracy and completeness, before database integration and create reports of data quality issues along with suggested solutions
identify patterns and data behavior in data sets in order to predict future trends thought complex data analysis
implement data security policies to protect sensitive information from being compromised

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering; Master’s Degree will be a plus
Minimum three years (3) experience in large-scale enterprises – ideally in Energy or TelCo sectors
Working experience with DataLake, python, SSIS, SQL Server, Azure DW
Working knowledge of PowerBI or other similar data presentation tool (such as Qlik sense, Tableau, SAP Analytics, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with internal business stakeholders and key users at all hierarchy levels
Excellent knowledge of English
Attention to detail
Strong analytical problem solving skills
