We are seeking to recruit for Anthoussa BU: Planning officer
SUMMARY:
The position holder will be responsible for supporting the BU in Production and Packaging scheduling processes.
The position is reporting directly to the Planning Manager of the site.

Η θέση αναφέρεται απευθείας στον Υπεύθυνο Σχεδιασμού της τοποθεσίας.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Using the OMP tool performs the daily actions needed to materialize the Production and Packaging plan of the site.
Implements in the system all the master data changes that either relate to new products or are proposed by the competent departments of Production and Packaging and aim at optimizing
Prepares alternative production schedules and action plans to achieve the optimal production scenario in order to minimize costs and maintain the efficiency of production and packaging lines.
Gathers daily the information needed for the best planning and control of production through daily meetings with the Production departments and the Quality Control department.
Creates, checks, and signs process orders on a daily basis for packaging and production departments.
Creates reports needed to support the planning department.
Candidate’s Profile:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics or related field is required.
Fluency in English both written and oral.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
SAP ERP system and OMP tool knowledge will be considered as an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
