Description

We are seeking for an experienced Investment Banking/Corporate Finance professional to join the M&A Advisory
unit within our Investment Banking & Principal Capital Strategies Division.
The unit is responsible for offering services to corporate clients and shareholders on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
in both private and public transactions, leveraged buy-outs, capital raising, fairness opinions as well
as providing general corporate finance advisory across all industry sectors. As a Senior Associate you will be a key member
of our highly successful and diversely talented team. This a great opportunity for a sound corporate finance professional
to progress his/her career in the forefront of landmark deals and depending on his/her  transactional track record even
to take a more senior role within our team structure leading independently  execution of projects.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Actively participate in executing M&A transactions with involvement in deal structuring, negotiations
    and documentation development while working to expand your level of client interaction and responsibilities
  • Coordination of internal deal team and external partners (financial/tax, legal, technical and other  advisors)
  • Taking responsibility for preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis,
    information and client communication
  • Conduct business appraisals leading the development of financial models and other valuation material
  • Structuring and preparation of compelling pitch-books/proposals and developing new business via cross-selling
    within the GCIB division as well as utilizing deal making corporate finance networks.
  • Follow up on the local and international markets developments from investment banking perspective
  • Contribute to the building of a professional, proactive, and performance-driven culture demonstrating team spirit
    and strong willingness to work in a collaborative working environment
You will be a great candidate for us if you:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance and mergers and acquisitions within
    an established investment banking or corporate finance practice
  • Own a Bachelor and postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or another quantitative
    field of study from a top tier university
  • Have CFA or equivalent accreditation or be in the progress of completing will be highly appreciated
  • Are experienced in M&A execution and business valuation/ financial modelling
  • Demonstrate impeccable communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) as well as ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop a strategic dialogue with clients and enhance the unit’s relationships
  • Have excellent numerical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
