Description
To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team an IT Support Officer
In This Role, You Will
Provide technical troubleshooting for user issues, supporting business-critical software.
Be Technical user support on company’s sites.
Managing technical requests via ticketing system.
Escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels (Second Level Support).
Handling Software installation/upgrades/maintenance (MS Office, MS Windows, Mac OS, email, etc.), troubleshooting on Windows, Mac OS, VPN.
Preparing and Configuring the IT equipment.
Managing\supporting meeting conferences.
On-site support (desktop and mobile phones, printers, etc.).
Flexibility to Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
Your Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science or a related field degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365.
Basic knowledge of Networking ( LAN/WiFi networks).
Good knowledge of computer hardware.
Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools.
Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents.
Bonus points for experience in Sharepoint / OneDrive.
Communicating effectively in both written and spoken Greek and English.
Prioritizing teamwork and value collective success over individual achievement
