FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Description
To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team a Financial Controller.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Lead balance sheet and financial statement analysis to evaluate financial performance and position.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting and internal controls.
- Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investment evaluations.
- Provide actionable insights into manufacturing KPIs, variances, and cost drivers.
- Conduct profitability analysis across product lines and business segments.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and investment planning.
- Deliver high-quality financial reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Controlling — ideally within pharma, healthcare, or industrial manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.

Στον τομέα της έρευνας και ανάπτυξης η εταιρεία επενδύει στη δημιουργία του Athens LifeTech Park, που αποτελεί το πρώτο Πάρκο Βιοτεχνολογίας στην Ελλάδα. Το προσωπικό της ELPEN ξεπερνά σήμερα τα 1.250 άτομα, ενώ οι νέες επενδύσεις της θα δημιουργήσουν 600 νέες θέσεις εργασίας και μάλιστα για εργαζόμενους υψηλής εξειδίκευσης.
