New Alimos Marina S.A., a company of ELLAKTOR Group, is looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Senior Analyst.

Referring to the CFO of New Alimos Marina S.A., the main tasks of the position are:

Financial Data Analysis & Interpretation:

• Having advanced understanding of the accounting treatment of business transactions reported in IFRS Financial Statements.
• Collaborating with members of the Finance & Accounting team.

Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process:

• Creating variance analysis reports and developing excel-based complex financial models.
• Executing detailed monthly/quarterly/annual financial/management reports in accordance with Company’s and Group’s needs.
• Monitoring real-time financial performance, escalating any financial issues to management and being actively involved in financial controlling processes.
• Preparing and providing ad-hoc analysis and presentations on financial reporting related data and issues upon Management request.
• Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
• Implementing ad-hoc feasibility studies for project evaluation.
• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple internal or external sources, reconciling conflicts, analyzing high-level information and communicating to management.

Requirements

Necessary Qualifications

• BSc and/or Msc degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or other related and/or quantitative field ,
• Proficient in financial modelling ,
• Advanced use of English language ,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package ,

Qualifications considered as an Asset

• Experience with SAP ERP system
• CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualification
• Experience in project finance models

Working Experience

• 3 to 5 years working experience preferably in a similar position or in big-four advisory environment
