Basic Information

DKG Development is searching for a competent Construction Works Foreman who will coordinate the work and supervise the workers on the construction sites.
As a point of reference for both workers and supervisors, you will play an essential role in completing a project.
The construction foreman should have probationary training in the industry.
Your leadership skills and extensive experience will enable you to guide the work of others and make quick decisions.
You need to be well organized and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of works according to priorities and plans
• Production of programs and monitoring of attendance of the work crew
• Assignment of general and daily tasks
• Supervision of workers and craftsmen
• Ensuring adequate manpower and resources
• Ensuring compliance with all safety precautions and quality standards
• Supervision of the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitoring expenses and ensuring budget compliance
• Solve problems as they arise
• Report progress to managers, engineers, etc.

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction foreman
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process, equipment and instructions regarding safety and health at work
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read plans, layouts and blueprints
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide reports
• Math skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Good physical condition and endurance
