We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to further expand Diaplous leading competitive position in the Maritime Risk Management and Security local & global markets driving client’s compliance, safety, and success.
Αρμοδιότητες
The daily responsibilities of the Sales Executive will include the following:
- Clients are segmented in a multidimensional matrix and different strategies are devised in line with each segment. The incumbent organizes resources and pursuing all required actions to implement strategy, achieve the highest results & client satisfaction leading to long-lasting relationships and retention through exemplar customer service.
- Needs to develop a deep understanding of client’s business, to craft annual plans (Key Account Plans for major clients), and a call plan (depending on client segment and importance).
- Νeeds to propose solutions to their problems and act with agility and drive. Special focus needs to be given to the analysis of all client regular business patterns and act with necessary corrective actions.
- Be updated regarding all client-related activities with the company across all business lines & geographies while being in a position to cross-sell and up-sell across the company`s products and services.
- Receiving client feedback is critical and leads to expected proposals for improvements in processes or services.
- Drafts and maintains client profiles and monitors competition activities, practices, and strategies in the area of responsibility as far as all risk management and maritime security are concerned.
- New client discovery & acquisition via market mapping, referrals, or any other legitimate means is expected and highly appreciated.
- Regular reporting weekly, monthly, annually, or Ad-hoc re clientele performance, and management updates or presentations are part of the job.
- Needs to be a team player within Sales but also across all departments. Promoting open, efficient, and constructive communication at all levels is necessary.
- Be responsible for meeting and preferably exceeding all given targets for the period while setting for long term success with each and every client.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position dealing with Shipping, Maritime, Security, or any other service Industry
- University degree diploma in Business, Economics or Shipping
- Advanced knowledge of English language, strong preference for native speakers
- Computer savvy
- Strong communication & influence skills
- Sound negotiator
- Results-Oriented & Driven
- Well-developed ethical standards and high personal integrity
- A people-oriented personality and collaborative style is a prerequisite
- Strong customer orientation and understanding
