Responsibilities:
- Implements and strengthens the company’s customer-centric strategy, aiming for fast and efficient service while enhancing the overall customer experience in the store
- Monitors sales performance and achievement of targets in line with the Sales Department’s guidelines and the company’s pricing policy, providing guidance on improving results and customer experience
- Manages customer requests and complaints, offering complete and timely information on pricing, consumption and billing matters according to established procedures. Forwards customer requests (where required) to the responsible network management units and ensures their completion
- Oversees the store’s financial and administrative operations, including collections, inventory management and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provides guidance and empowerment to store personnel, aiming to strengthen team spirit and morale through continuous guidance and support and ensures the training and development of the team
- Ensures the implementation of all Health and Safety measures, the maintenance of the store’s commercial image and the smooth operation of the store
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years in a similar supervisory/managerial role, in the fields of sales, customer service and/or store management
- Experience in retail networks, energy or telecommunications companies, or other service chains will be considered an additional qualification
- Experience in team leadership and achievement of commercial targets will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
- Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
- Availability for urgent geographical relocations
