We are looking for an Online Merchandiser who will be based either in Athens or Heraklion (Crete).
The Role:
- Daily review of all pages across websites, ensuring that all products are displayed in the right way; checking product information, categorization & placement is adequate, boosting consumer selection on search & discover funnel.
- Provide a smooth user experience, securing products are categorized correctly, maximizing conversion with every click.
- Optimize web conversion, through product availability, working closely with the Buying team.
- Ensure that all pages are effectively merchandised, identifying best sellers, key trends & stories.
- Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of product, including set up, pricing, categorization, ranking, upsell / cross sell online; via direct communication with Studio department.
- Improve existing product listings and drive new product launches.
- Manage and execute all trading and promotional activity on time.
- Monitor/set up weekly reports, capturing relevant KPI data, enabling improved customer proposition, journey & conversion, driving sales & margin.
- Monitor the market & fully understand trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize listings, increase traffic and improve conversion.

- Providing the eCom Teams (Paid Media, CRM, Content) with PLU (Price Look Ups) Suggestions
- Updating Callouts for Activations (ex. 50% off Sale)
- Updating Trending Searches
- Updating Most Wanted Product
- Reviewing Store Bestsellers for Online Opportunities
- Review popular Site Searches
- Updating Trend Links
- Visual Merchandising (Fred hopper)
- Size Mapping
- Size Guide Updates
- Partner Program Onboarding
- Setting up PLPs for Promotions
- Sale Launches
KPI’s
Rate of Conversion: (Good photography, strategic product arrangements, cross selling, and upselling).
Cart abandonment: (overall user experience).
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Cost of acquiring a new customer (CAC): (amount spent on various marketing channels)
Requirements
- Experience in Merchandising, Buying or Merchandiser; preferably online.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using analytic tools such as google analytics.
- Time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and achieve deadlines.
- Ability to work cross functionally and multitask.
- Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude.
