We are currently seeking a passionate & highly driven Trade Marketing Associate who will work with the Trade Marketing Manager and the Marketing team to ensure the successful execution of trade marketing practices through innovative initiatives and campaigns. This will involve the creation of compelling in-store activities enhancing Cosmos retail brands’ visibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute Trade Marketing promotional activities for all Cosmos retail banners in Greece & Cyprus and assist with the development of Trade Marketing materials and Trade communications.
• Maintain & upgrade existing stores to elevate store atmospherics, digital signages, store zoning & POP material to maximize customer experience.
• Assist on the execution of new concepts & innovative solutions regarding store design for network expansion.
• Support the briefing process for the upcoming brand campaigns & trade activations to external parties (creative agencies, supporting partners etc.).
• Assist on the design of point-of-sale materials, displays and signages that align with brand image.
• Support the coordination of sports events & sponsorships of athletes / teams.
• Execute marketing activities (e.g., consumer promotional activities, store opening events, trade shows etc.).
• Support the development of new Trade Marketing materials & Omni Channel Activities.
• Coordinate with retail partners to optimize in-store branding to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Analyze and report the performance of Trade Marketing campaigns assessing their effectiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, adapting practices as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments (Retail, Commercial, Graphic Designers etc.) and build strong relationships with key trade partners.
• Participate in a big variety of MEDIA, PR & Corporate related events.
• Be involved in ad-hoc Marketing Projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. ,
• Fluent in Greek & English. ,
• Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. ,
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). ,
• Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ,
• Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders. ,
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills to reach actionable conclusions. ,
• Team player attitude with and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ,
• Understanding of the sporting goods industry, retail dynamics and market trends is considered a plus. ,
