Role Overview:

The purpose of this role is to work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing team to develop and execute Cosmos media plans aiming to drive maximum impact and business growth.

This cross-functional role focuses on data-driven decision making, analysis and campaigns optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital media plans (Cosmos, JD, Sneaker10, SLAMDUNK, Rundome, Sportsfactory) to maximize effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promote brand awareness in Greece & Cyprus.
• Support marketing budget allocation (Greece & Cyprus) to ensure high-performing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing campaign data focusing on KPIs (i.e. Traffic, Engagement, Reach, Impressions, CPM, CTR, CPC etc.) to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Monitor marketing campaign expenses to make necessary adjustments if needed in accordance with marketing strategic plans.
• Collect marketing data from social media platforms, web analytics and create reports to evaluate campaign performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Online & Offline Marketing teams to optimize marketing campaigns and achieve marketing goals.
• Align with external partners / vendors to develop brand campaign strategies and provide recommendations for target audiences & communication channels.
• Work closely with Performance and Commercial teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaigns’ efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or a related field. ,
• Strong analytical & Time management skills. ,
• Well-organized with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns. ,
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics. ,
• Excellent communication & presentation skills. ,
• Understanding of the sporting goods industry and market trends is considered a plus. ,
